Assist in planning and supervising daily workshop operations
Ensure smooth job card flow, proper allocation of work to technicians, and timely delivery of vehicles
Ensure accurate diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to manufacturer standards
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and workshop productivity
Ensure implementation of service processes, SOPs, and quality standards
Support in achieving revenue targets (labour, parts, value-added services like RSA, extended warranty, etc.)
Maintain coordination between service, spare parts, and other departments
Conduct regular review meetings with team members
Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
