Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook café menu items such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, fries, Korean snacks, and beverages.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
Follow SOPs for food preparation and storage.
Coordinate with barista and service staff for smooth operations.
Assist in developing current menu items and special offerings.
Ensure timely preparation during peak hours. These responsibilities align with common café chef roles and kitchen management expectations
Preferred: Candidates based in Thane or nearby locations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
