Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Technician responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of HVAC and electrical products at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Install, service, repair, and maintain HVAC/electrical equipment.
Visit customer sites for breakdowns, complaints, inspections, and maintenance.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform testing and commissioning of equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of products.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
Prepare service reports after every site visit.
Coordinate with the service, sales, and technical teams.
Guide junior technicians and support them in troubleshooting.
Maintain proper records of service calls, spare parts, and equipment.




Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
Travel to different customer/project locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related technical field.
3–5 years of relevant field technician experience.
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, components, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read basic electrical/technical diagrams.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in installation, servicing, and commissioning.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with HVAC systems, ventilation equipment, air-conditioning products, electrical equipment, or appliances will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
