We are looking for a motivated and energetic telecalling & social media Coordinator to handle customer communication and online marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and sales support
Handle customer queries and provide product/service information
Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Create and post basic marketing content, updates, and promotional offers
Respond to messages, comments, and leads from social media
Maintain customer records and follow-up details
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
