Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Visit clients regularly to understand their business requirements and strengthen partnerships.
Coordinate client meetings and represent the company professionally.
Gather client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Assist the CEO during client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, feedback, and new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meeting updates.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Identify opportunities for business growth through existing client relationships.
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eligibility
Any Graduate.
1 year of experience in Client Relations, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
