Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor construction progress and prepare daily progress reports.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Manage labor, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
Identify and resolve in office issues to minimize delays.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
Maintain accurate site records, including attendance, inspections, and material usage.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.




5 years of experience required
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
Robust knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
