We are seeking a energetic and result-driven Sales Officer to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and a passion for closing deals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build solid client relationships.

Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
Proven ability to close sales, with a confident and professional phone presence.




Positive computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in business development or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is considered a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong target-driven and goal-oriented attitude.
