Qualifications
Ph.D. in Nursing (Mandatory)
M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in:
Medical Surgical Nursing (MSN), or
Obstetrics & Gynaecological Nursing (OBG)
Experience
10+ years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience in a reputed Nursing Institution/University.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching and student assessment.
Curriculum development and academic planning.
Guide student research projects and dissertations.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
Ensure compliance with INC, UGC, and accreditation requirements.
Maintain academic records and departmental documentation.
Support admissions, outreach, and promotional activities.
Foster industry-academia collaborations and research initiatives.
