Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain solar products, services, and their perks. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Schedule customer appointments and site visits. Follow up with existing and potential customers. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handover. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
