Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and instructional materials.
Conduct assignments, practical sessions, assessments, and examinations.
Guide and mentor students in their academic and career development.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
Organize seminars, workshops, and industry-oriented activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hospital and healthcare management.
Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institute.
in Hospital Administration or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualification
Master's Degree (MBA/MHA/Master's in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management).
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Teaching or healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
