Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm and seamless guest experience while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a qualified manner.
Manage appointments, registrations, and patient check-ins.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient records and update CRM/software.
Explain services, wellness packages, and treatment plans when required.
Process billing and payment collections.
Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Support the centre in achieving monthly consultation and revenue targets through

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
