Job Title: Office Executive (Billing & Customer Support)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Executive (Billing & Customer Support) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office operations, billing, customer communication, data management, and other computer-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a professional office workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage GST invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel and office software.
Manage inventory and stock records.
Prepare reports and office documents using Microsoft Office.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Print, scan, and organize office documents.
Maintain digital files and office records.




Assist with day-to-day office administration and other computer-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of billing/accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar) is preferred.
Valuable typing speed and computer proficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Skilled attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Applications, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in billing, customer support, or office administration will be an advantage.
