Job Description – Planning Designer

Company: Maruti House Design
Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate 2D floor plans based on client requirements.
Develop functional space planning and room layouts.
Ensure plans comply with building standards and design guidelines.
Revise drawings based on client feedback.
Coordinate with the 3D Elevation, Structural, and Working Drawing teams.
Deliver projects within the assigned timelines while maintaining quality.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an added advantage).
Positive understanding of residential planning and space utilization.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
