Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries while ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and update job descriptions as per hiring requirements.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and maintain candidate pipelines.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Required Skills
1–5 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment.
Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri,



LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals.
Experience hiring for Agri Business, B2B, B2C, E-commerce (Apparel), or BFSI roles will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Graduate in any discipline.
