Technical Support Executive
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Working: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Requirements
B.Sc. IT / BCA / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Hosting, Servers, and Operating Systems
Valuable verbal and written English communication
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities
Handle support tickets, chats, and customer calls
Troubleshoot website, DNS, domain, and email issues
Assist clients with cPanel, Plesk, WHM, SSL, and hosting services
Support WordPress and other CMS-related queries
Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams

Freshers with solid technical knowledge and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
