Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head – Water Treatment with 18–20 years of experience in managing industrial water treatment operations. The role is responsible for leading the HRACC, UF, RO, DM, ETP, and Steam sections, ensuring reliable plant operations, regulatory compliance, and optimal system performance.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in water chemistry, including testing, analysis, interpretation, and continuous monitoring of all critical water quality parameters. The role includes overseeing process optimization, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, chemical dosing, utilities management, environmental compliance, team leadership, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence, water conservation, and cost optimization. The candidate should also possess solid leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
