Hiring: M.Ch Neurosurgeon

Location: Pune

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate M.Ch Neurosurgeon to join our healthcare team.

Requirements:
M.Ch in Neurosurgery (Mandatory)
1–5 years of post-M.Ch clinical/surgical experience
Valid Maharashtra Medical Council/NMC registration
Expertise in diagnosing and managing brain, spine, and peripheral nerve disorders
Experience in performing elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Solid clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
Willingness to participate in emergency and on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat neurological disorders requiring surgical intervention
Perform brain, spine, and trauma-related neurosurgical procedures
Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
Collaborate with neurologists, intensivists, anesthetists, and rehabilitation teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care
