About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in hiring, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Track attendance, leave records, and probation periods.




Assist in payroll data preparation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Support exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Positive organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B.Com, BBA, or any related field.
MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
0–1 year of HR or recruitment experience.
Freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
