Manage overall hospital security operations.
Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, employees, and hospital assets.
Supervise security personnel and maintain discipline.
Risk Management
Identify and assess security risks.
Implement preventive measures to minimize potential threats.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Coordinate evacuation procedures during emergencies.
Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness training.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal requirements, and security regulations.
Maintain proper documentation and security records.
Incident Reporting
Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate with local law enforcement authorities whenever required.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions.




Collaboration
Work closely with Hospital Administration, Nursing, HR, Biomedical, Maintenance, and other departments.
Coordinate with external agencies including Police, Fire Department, and Disaster Management authorities.
Technology Oversight
Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, visitor management systems, and other security technologies.
Ensure all security equipment remains functional.
Vigilance
Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and fraudulent activities.
Conduct surprise inspections and maintain high standards of vigilance across the hospital.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,400.22 per month
