Operating CNC Machines: Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other automated machinery to produce parts according to specifications.

Programming and Tooling: Input machine instructions, select appropriate tools, fixtures, and speeds, and adjust settings for different materials.

Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and work orders to ensure parts meet design specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect finished components, perform measurements, and conduct tests to maintain high-quality standards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, lubricate machinery, replace worn tools, and report malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, material usage, and machine settings.

Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and ensure a safe working workplace.

Qualification : Diploma In Mechanical / ITI Fitter





Experience Required : Min 5 yrs

Setup and Operation: Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) according to production requirements and specifications.

Reading Blueprints: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining procedures and specifications.

Monitoring Operations: Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of produced parts, making adjustments as necessary.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
