We are a growing construction company in Coimbatore looking for a skilled Draftsman and Quantity Surveyor. You will be working primarily on small-scale residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick with AutoCAD, and accurate with material estimations.

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
Calculate accurate material quantities (steel, cement, sand, bricks, etc.) from drawings.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Visit sites occasionally to verify measurements and ensure drawings match execution.

Requirements:
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in drafting and estimation for residential or commercial buildings.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints clearly.

Pay:



₹11,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
