We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads) to create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for real estate projects. The candidate should have experience in generating quality leads and improving campaign performance through Google and Meta platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Generate quality leads for real estate projects
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize regularly
Manage ad budgets and improve cost per lead (CPL)
Create audience targeting and retargeting campaigns
Coordinate with sales and creative teams for campaign execution
Track conversions, lead quality, and campaign analytics




Prepare performance reports and marketing insights
Conduct market and competitor research

Requirements:
Robust knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Experience in performance marketing and lead generation
Real estate marketing experience preferred
Knowledge of AI marketing tools and automation platforms preferred
Valuable knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
