ob Title: Cartridge Manufacturing Technician / Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cartridge Manufacturing Technician to assemble, refill, test, and package printer cartridges while maintaining high quality standards and following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and manufacture toner and ink cartridges according to company specifications.
Refill, clean, and refurbish used cartridges where applicable.
Inspect cartridges for defects and perform quality control checks.
Operate manufacturing and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, toner powder, and other components.
Label, package, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Record production data and report any quality or equipment issues.
Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Assist with inventory management of production materials.





Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in cartridge manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production workplace (preferred).
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
Basic record-keeping and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with toner or ink cartridge assembly and testing.
Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
Familiarity with production machinery and hand tools.
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
