We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling medical emergencies, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely patient assessment and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, examine, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency.
Provide immediate medical care during emergencies and stabilize patients.
Monitor patients' progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Coordinate with consultants and specialists for patient management.
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations as per hospital protocols.
Perform routine medical procedures such as IV cannulation, suturing, catheterization, and basic life support.
Respond promptly to emergency calls and code blue situations.
Ensure proper documentation of patient history, treatment, and discharge summaries.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans.




Follow NABH guidelines, hospital policies, and infection control protocols.
Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
MBBS degree from a recognized university.
Valid State Medical Council registration.
BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required:
Robust clinical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
Team player with a patient-centric approach.
