At Invencio Tech OPC Private Limited, we deliver innovative technology, sales, and service solutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboard talent, and support our daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews for open positions (Sales, Technical Support, Operations).
Manage job postings on platforms like Indeed and track applicant pipelines.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for recent hires, including offer letters, documentation, and orientation.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Employee Engagement & HR Support:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and workplace environment.




Assist management with performance tracking, attendance management, and general office HR tasks.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles (freshers with robust communication skills and HR internships are welcome).
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, robust interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Traits: Proactive, organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously.
Location: On-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹9,449.24 - ₹30,814.12 per month
