Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and support the onboarding process.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing, screening, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
