We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students toward suitable career-oriented courses.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding course options, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions and convert leads into enrollments.
Follow up with inquiries and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Explain course details, fee structures, and career prospects effectively.
Manage admission-related documentation and maintain accurate student records.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth admission processes.
Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lead generation, lead conversion, telecalling, and follow-up activities.
Valuable documentation and record-management skills.
Basic knowledge of Logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/software tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.
