Core Responsibilities :-
Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, track worker performance, and train current staff.
Workflow Management: Plan shift schedules, monitor output, and fix workflow delays.
Quality Assurance: Check products against standards and stop lines when defects happen.
Safety Compliance: Enforce health rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and proper equipment use.
Equipment Upkeep: Spot machinery issues and call maintenance teams for repairs.
Data and Reporting: Track production numbers and report shift results to plant managers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
