Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly.
Handle guest complaints politely and report reliable issues to the supervisor.
Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
