The Donor Relations Officer is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships with donors to support Sevalaya’s mission. The role focuses on donor engagement, communication, retention, and fundraising support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing donors

Identify and engage potential donors through various channels

Coordinate donor meetings, visits, and engagement activities

Prepare and share donor communication such as reports, updates, and thank-you notes

Ensure timely acknowledgment of donations and maintain donor records

Support fundraising campaigns and initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to gather impact data and success stories

Track donor contributions and prepare regular reports

Requirements:





Any graduate; preference for candidates with experience in fundraising or donor relations

2–5 years of relevant experience in NGO or social sector preferred

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management
