Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive qualified who can independently manage clients, handle events end-to-end, and deliver outstanding results. The role demands robust client handling, operational excellence, and creative pitching abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts independently, from understanding briefs to delivering final executions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust-building.
Plan and execute events end-to-end, including ideation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground management.
Prepare and present creative event proposals and pitches that align with client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams for design, production, and activation activities.
Handle event budgets, timelines, and documentation efficiently.
Prepare post-event reports and ensure timely project closure.




Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel and other tools.
Travel as required for client meetings, event execution, and activations.

Key Skills & Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in client servicing and event operations
Hands-on experience in activations, corporate events, and BTL marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to travel whenever required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
