Job Description – Utility/Dishwasher

Position: Utility/Dishwasher
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in a hotel/restaurant is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Wash and clean plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and surrounding areas.
Ensure all cleaned utensils are properly dried, stored, and available when required.
Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and utility duties.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain proper waste segregation.
Clean floors, work surfaces, sinks, and other kitchen areas regularly.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing kitchen supplies when required.




Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef, Stewarding Supervisor, or management.

Requirements
Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
Positive personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic communication skills in Hindi are preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen is an advantage.
