Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international travel bookings.
Assist customers with flight, hotel, visa, and holiday package inquiries.
Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in the travel industry (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). - Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
