Manage customer relationships throughout the sales and after-sales journey.
Conduct regular follow-up calls for vehicle delivery, service reminders, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments
Plan and execute customer engagement activities, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, and Accounts departments to provide seamless customer support.
Monitor pending customer cases and ensure timely closure.
Support customer communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
