About the Role

Yellow Slate is looking for a passionate and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our Growth & Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and engaging with clients to improve marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Prepare and maintain daily and monthly campaign performance reports.
Visit partner schools and clients to collect feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.




Coordinate with internal teams to implement campaign improvements based on client feedback.
Maintain explicit documentation of campaign insights and client interactions.
Travel for client meetings and business requirements whenever necessary.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel when required.

Work Model
Hybrid
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Local client visits will be required based on business needs.
Travel expenses for official client visits will be reimbursed by the company.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
