We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making/receiving calls to prospective or existing customers, promoting, resolving queries, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate should be a positive communicator with a persuasive and patient approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions or concerns
Persuade customers by highlighting product benefits and features
Follow the calling script/pitch while adapting naturally to customer responses
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and target quotas (leads generated, calls made, conversions)
Handle objections and complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications




Valuable communication skills in [English/Hindi/kannada/ telegu/tamil]
Clear, pleasant, and confident telephone voice
Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service preferred (0–2 years); freshers may also apply
Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel)
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Ready to relocate

Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in BPO, call center, or telesales
Patience and ability to manage repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of sales/customer service processes
Multilingual ability is a plus
