We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Storekeeper to manage daily site/store inventory and assist with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, practical skills in MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Store Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of stock inward, store issuances, and remaining inventory.
Inspect incoming materials/goods for quality, quantity, and damage against purchase orders.
Organize store goods systematically and maintain a protected, tidy storage area.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with records.
Basic Accounting & Documentation:
Prepare and update basic daily receipts, vouchers, and issue slips.
Maintain physical files and digital records of delivery chalans, bills, and purchase invoices.




Record basic daily transactions and material usage using MS Excel.
Support the senior accounting team with monthly reconciliation and reporting tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com) or equivalent certification.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in basic accounting or store handling.
Software Skills:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, data entry).
Knowledge of Tally, Busy, or any ERP system is a plus (not mandatory).
Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage stock logs and basic numerical calculations accurately.

Pay: ₹9,249.65 - ₹29,519.97 per month
