Job Title: Customer Relations Officer (CRO) – Plastic Surgery

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our Plastic Surgery department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent patient support, managing appointments, coordinating consultations and follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for plastic surgery patients.
Coordinate patient consultations, appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding treatment plans and schedules.
Build and maintain robust patient relationships by providing exceptional customer service.




Address patient queries and concerns promptly and coordinate with the medical team when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or a similar role in Clinic is more prefferable
Degree or Postgraduate qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
