Set up and operate CNC/NC Press Brake machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, bend schedules, and work orders.
Select and install the correct punches, dies, and tooling.
Perform accurate bending operations as per specifications and tolerances.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, height gauges, and angle gauges.
Make machine parameter adjustments to achieve quality and dimensional accuracy.
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Maintain production records and report machine issues promptly.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work setting.
