Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultants – Travel to handle inquiries and assist with bookings for our resorts and homestays. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have a keen interest in the travel and hospitality sector and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat related to resort and homestay bookings.
Provide clear and accurate information about properties, pricing, and availability.
Support customers in making reservations and coordinating bookings.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate booking records in the reservation system.
Deliver a courteous, skilled, and customer-friendly service experience at all times.

Skills & Qualifications




Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, travel, customer service, or hospitality.
Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office, email, and online booking systems.
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively within a team.
Passion for travel, tourism, or hospitality will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
