About the Job:

We are hiring HR Executives for our hospital units to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, staff engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations.



The candidate will coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and ensure smooth HR processes as per hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling recruitment and interview coordination
Employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintaining attendance, leave, and HR records
Coordinating with departments for staffing requirements
Assisting in payroll inputs and employee documentation
Managing employee engagement and grievance handling
Ensuring compliance with hospital HR policies
Preparing HR reports and maintaining databases

Eligibility
Graduation mandatory (BBA / BMS / B.Com / Any Graduate)
MBA HR preferred
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Hospital experience preferred
