Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Content Developer to spearhead our visual storytelling and creator management. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets and managing a network of external contributors to ensure consistent brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Creation: Design engaging posters, infographics, and social media graphics.
Video Production: Script, edit, and produce high-engagement Reels and short / Long form video content.
Script Writing: Research the given subject and topics and write highly engaging content for viral reels, web blogs, marketing and promotional materials
Ad Campaigns: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns on instagram, google or other online platforms.
Creator Management: Identify, onboard, and coordinate with external content creators and influencers.
Profile Management: Create, Maintain & regularly update profiles (pages, channels, handles) on various online platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, JD and other relevant platforms
Quality Control:



Monitor the output of other creators to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines.
Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills
Proficiency in graphic design tools
Solid video editing skills for mobile-first platforms
Ability to use AI tools effectively with cost optimization
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Keen eye for social media trends and viral content formats
Candidate will need to bring own device for the work

Required Skills
The job requires a probation period for the first twomonths during which a total stipend of Rs. 24000 (Fixed - Rs. 12000 and incentive upto Rs. 12000) will be provided. Upon successful completion, candidate will be offered a permanent full time position with a revised salary package of up to Rs. 25000 per month.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
