Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring a safe and supportive workplace for patients and their families. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care and support to patients across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' health status, record vital signs, and provide appropriate care based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Assist in medical procedures, ensuring that all necessary equipment is prepared and available.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.




Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with nursing practices and healthcare advancements.

Skills and Qualifications:
Valid nursing degree and nursing license (Registered Nurse).
Solid clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a robust focus on patient advocacy.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software.

Tools and Equipment:
Medical devices such as stethoscopes, blood pressure monitors, and other diagnostic tools.
Computer systems for electronic health records and patient management.
Standard medical supplies and gear necessary for patient care, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
