Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Audit Oversight:
Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external audit processes.
Review audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Establish internal controls and ensure proper documentation of processes.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor accounting and audit staff.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA Inter/CA Final/CS Inter/CS Final Preference
Minimum 1–3 years of progressive experience in accounting and audit roles.




Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), audit procedures, and tax regulations.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Full time, in-office or hybrid depending on organizational needs.
Cooperative and performance-driven team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
