Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, coordinate site visits, and ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to booking.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Prepare quotations, booking forms, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and legal teams for smooth sales operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Follow up on customer payments and required documentation.




Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or the real estate industry.
Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred
Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
