Payroll Executive

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi Employment Type: Full time Experience: 1.5–3 Years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Qualification: B.Com

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations, statutory compliance, and employee attendance records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, UAN creation, challan generation, and compliance-related activities. Candidates residing near Pitampura will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities (JD)

· Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.

· Maintain and verify employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.

· Create and manage UAN (Universal Account Number) for new employees.

· Prepare and upload EPF, ESI, and other statutory challans.

· Ensure timely statutory compliance related to payroll.

· Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.





· Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations.

· Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESI, and other payroll matters.

· Generate payroll reports and maintain MIS.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws and company payroll policies.

Eligibility Criteria

· Qualification: B.Com

· Experience: 1.5–3 years in Payroll and Statutory Compliance.

· Hands-on experience in payroll processing and attendance management.

· Sound knowledge of EPF, ESI, UAN creation, challan generation, and payroll compliances.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.

· Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Candidates residing near Pitampura, Recent Delhi will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
