Job Summary

The ServiceNow Administrator – L2 is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. The role acts as the primary escalation point for ServiceNow-related incidents, service requests, user access management, workflow issues, integrations, and platform administration activities. The individual will work closely with ServiceNow developers, platform owners, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure platform stability, compliance, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability. Manage user accounts, groups, roles, ACLs, and access permissions. Configure catalogs, workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, and reports. Perform routine platform health checks and housekeeping activities.

Skill Requirements





Handle L2 incidents and service requests escalated from Service Desk/L1 teams. Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents. Coordinate with development and vendor teams for complex issues requiring L3 support.
