Vythiri Village is looking for a skilled and dedicated Commis – Garde Manger to join our F&B; Production team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in cold kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare cold kitchen items including salads, sandwiches, dressings and appetizers
Assist Chef in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
Ensure proper food presentation and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area and equipment
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of Garde Manger / Cold Kitchen operations
Positive teamwork and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
