Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, reconciling bank statements, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledgers.
Record and verify financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.




Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of accounting experience (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
