Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization
Lead spatial design concepts for retail, exhibitions, corporate interiors, experiential installations, and brand settings
Translate brand strategy and client briefs into compelling spatial narratives
Develop layouts, 3D visualizations, material palettes, and finishes
Ensure design consistency with brand identity and project objectives

Project Execution
Oversee projects from concept to execution, including design detailing and site coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, fabricators, vendors, and project managers
Review drawings, mock-ups, and prototypes for design accuracy and quality
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Client & Stakeholder Management
Present concepts and design rationale confidently to clients and stakeholders
Address feedback and refine designs while maintaining creative integrity
Support business development through pitch decks and concept proposals

Team Leadership
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns
Review team outputs for quality,



creativity, and technical accuracy
Foster collaboration within creative, strategy, and production teams

Skills & Qualifications

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
6–10 years of experience in spatial / experiential / retail design
Solid conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar tools
Experience with rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.)
Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, finishes, and construction methods

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
